How to Join

Step 1
Contact us today to schedule a Free 1-on-1 training session with one of our coaches. During this session we’ll work out, do a movement analysis, discuss things like your fitness level, any problems you’re dealing with, your needs, goals, and desires.
When scheduling, we’ll do our best to accommodate your busy life.
Step 2
Complete our 1-on-1 Training Fundamentals program. We don’t have a requisite number of sessions we require everyone to complete, instead we require that people are competent and confident in the movements we use on a daily basis.
Experienced Crossfitter:

If you’ve been doing Crossfit for 6 months or more and are looking for a new place to train, drop in and check us out…no charge. Let us know ahead of time so we can have someone there to answer any questions you may have.
