55 minute sessions, 1-on-1 or

Small Groups up to 5 participants.

These sessions are tailored 100% to meet your specific needs or the needs of the group you're participating with.


Have some goals you're serious about hitting, there is nothing like having dedicated coach to accelerate the process.


Do it on your own or grab a few friends and make it a party!



Class Training

55 Minute class, up to 12 participants. RESERVATION REQUIRED.

Our Group Class consists of a Dynamic warm up, Movement prep with technique training, and the WOD (Workout Of the Day).


The WOD includes elements of strength training, body weight movements, Functional movements, and conditioning.


This is Functional Fitness at its Very Best!
